I am giving up on Beauty and the Beast!

Seriously that game is horrible. Instead I'll be doing Paper Mario, because that game is much, much less horrible.

Good morning Blogspot. Guess what? Today I get to go to Stephen's house. "Well why are you making this post and not at his house giving him cuddles?" You ask? Well. He needs his sleep. And it's sort of ungodly how early I had to get up today to drive mom to work. Sort of. My yawns are off the CHAIN dawg.

In other news, I recently started playing Paper Mario on this N64 emulator I have. It is SO GREAT. See, I've played this once before using a different ROM and it was all kinds of fucked up. The words were all gobbly gook, so I couldn't understand what was going on at all. Plus the combat system pretty much requires that you be able to read what you're doing so it was pure luck I was even able to fight bowser in the introduction scene. So yeah, thank goodness this one is written in plain English. I was so lost the first time.

About That LP...

It's recorded and ready to go! All that's left is for Youtube to stop giving me their service unavailable error so that I can upload it.

Disco~

So, for those of you who don't know, there's this website called Stereomood. The community makes playlists based on moods and if you were to google it right now (hint hint), the front page shows a sort of cloud of the most popular mood playlists people have made. Right now I'm listening to Disco Dance and it's fantastic. Just thought I'd share that tidbit with all of you.

I Hate Slow Downloads

I was downloading at 1.5 MB the other day. WHY THIS.

MAME

I've decided to try this emulator, MAME. As far as I understand, it has multiplayer capabilities? I'd love to do some Let's Plays with it, and I'm in the process of downloading a few (read: over 6000) games for it. If anyone else wants to get together and play some games I'd love to. Just leave a comment or message or something and we'll work it out.

Doctor

So uh...I've got a rash. :( I know, gross. Mom set up a doctor's appointment for tomorrow, even though I've had this reaction to going to the beach/swimming since I was a little kid. Why now, you ask? Medicaid! Gotta  love poor people health plans. Sigh. I hope everything goes okay.

Just Casually Sitting Here

I think I'm about to start playing Red Dead Redemption. Stephen gave me the game guide today.

So! I slept over at Stephen's last night, and woke up this morning from a really awful nightmare. It was really awful. I'm not even going to describe it here, you'll have to trust me. So he comforted me for a little bit, and then we ate breakfast. After that we watched a bunch of Youtube on his grandma's iPad and talked. It was pretty laid back. Then he had to drive me home. On the way we got Jack in the Box after scrounging our money together and it was delicious, as always. We ate in the car and talked and then I got out and walked to my apartment. As usual I've just been interneting it up in this piece, started this blog, etc...

Today was a good day. Me gusta.

Rainy Day Jar

Everyone should have a rainy day jar! I made mine out of and old applesauce thingy. Tearing off the label was difficult, and the sticky residue just wouldn't come off, as you can see here. Now if I just had some change to put in it...

Anyone have any ideas for what craft projects I should do next? I have an idea for contests I'd like to hold. The winner would get any craft they want (within reason) made by me, a video of me making it on youtube, and a personal letter in the package to them.
