@Jessie: Gurl I ain't stealin' no nets. For shizzle. We have our own recently upgraded internet. And no one else is on it at the moment.
I know that feeling. My internet fluctuates ridiculous amounts. I often have to wait hours for n album that would usually take minutes to download. Goddamn you internet.
If I see it at ridiculous rates like that I find rebooting my router and modem ALWAYS fixes it.
hmmm... if u live in australia u get bandwidth caps that even worse. :(
Maybe your ISP is throttling (from the pic it looks like a torrent) your speed for torrent.
